problems with inn-2.3.2 and inndstart

i recompiled inn-2.3.2 with options --prexif=/home/news
and

news
[news at work bin]$ ./rc.news

[news at work bin]$ ls -l /home/news/bin/inndstart

redhat 6.2
kernel 2.2.19 ( without any patches )

and i have no idea what am i donig wrong :(
