I don't think it does... I was looking at adding this but hadn't as of the
last changes that I committed.  It always calls mmap_flush or
mmap_invalidate, but those become no-ops unless configure detects a need
to call msync.

I'll take a look at this; I'd rather make it an inn.conf option instead of
a configure option, but that may be more work.
