Much better.  I just ran a "news.daily lowmark notdaily" to test expire.
I killed the expire that had been running since 3am yesterday, and rm'd the
.n files.  Expire's been averaging about 60 hours (which made news.daily
actually news.semiweekly).  With the new dbz.c and it's default
installed, expire took instead of 60 hours, nearly 9 minutes, with the same
files.  Not bad for a one line change.
