undefined reference to `hisv6_error' in inn-CURRENT-20010726

A couple of days ago I reported the following error for
inn-CURRENT-20010726 and received suggestions that it might have been
due to either a snapshot being done while modules were being checked in,
or that it might be something that would be cleaned up if I'd done a
make clean and then a make.

FYI, with 2001728, and doing a make clean before doing a make, the same
error is still occuring (this is under Linux) so I don't believe that
this was a transient issue or the result of litter from an earlier build.
