Newbiw question

Hello ... I am trying to get INN to start with no success ... I keep getting
the following error

Jun  4 13:09:18 News innd: buffindexed: file '/news1/overview/OV1' does not
exist, ignoring '0'
Jun  4 13:09:18 News innd: SERVER cant open overview method

I have created the OV1 file though ... any ideas??
