SSL client certificate

I recall seeing something go by about how nnrpd would incorrectly request
that clients present their own SSL certificates, but I can't locate the
message.  Can somebody remind me of the present status of this?

(Yes, I tried the inn-workers archives, but the sort-by-time feature
doesn't seem to actually sort the articles at all.)
