mailpost-msgid.db size / pruning

Greets -

I'm still playing around with various mailpost / mail2news solutions.
Looking at the mailpost code from inn-CURRENT I don't see any where that the
mailpost-msgid.db file gets pruned for old entries. Did I miss it or is this
something that I have to do via cron/perl on my own?
