error at the overview

hi, 
i manage stand alone news server and up to last week i
have some problem with overview. Some article that are
in the spool (i controled) are not be seen by
readers(users) and there is no record at overview
related these articles. i use tradeindexed overview
method and timehash storage method. how can i make
these article to be seen by users. How can i repaire
overview data
