unwanted newsgroups, but still the are in active?

Dear Sirs (and Ladies),

although some (well, rather _most of_) newsgroups we need are listed in
~news/db/active, inn still rejects any postings saying 'Unwanted
newsgroup'. Why this?

example:

sh-2.04$ grep de.alt.netdigest  db/active
de.alt.netdigest 0000003345 0000002232 m

> sh-2.04$ grep konsumterror log/news
Oct  8 19:43:50.514 - news-ffm2.ecrc.net
<9psnjo$1fc$00$1 at news.t-online.com> 437 Unwanted newsgroup
