Try using "lsof" and kill the daemon using the port 119.then restart.

Hi All,
I have a problem.
Syslog message: inndstart: cant bind: Address already in use
In INN FAQ Part 3/9, this problem is discussed, however I cannot find inetd.conf
on my Linux Red Hat 7.1 system.
I noticed that netscape newsgroups uses Port 119, how do I change/remove this
and will it solve my problem?
Is there something else I could try?
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Brendan.
