INN : Web accessable or not ?

Hi

I've install the INN 2.3.2 server for my Newsgroup. I'm curious about
certain features.

1) Can users access the news articles from Web like "Deja News".
2) Can i do filtering for multiple of IP range ? I mean to do a restriction
for the user access based on the range of their IPs?
