1. posted a test msg locally, 

2. grephistory '<message-id at servername>' (I can see the message through 
sm -o @value@)

3. ./ctlinnd cancel @0300544D5000000000000000031600000001@
Ok

4. ran expire during night..did reset newsgroups in my news reader, tried
for tin, netscape, the article is still quite visible for everyone.
