Please help..Install problem

Hi all,
 I have gcc 3.01 and perl5.004 installed Hp-ux 10.20 system. I try to
install inn. My news users home directory is
/news.
So ;
 I have downloaded inn 2.3.2 from isc.org, gunzipped, untarred also :).
then what I have done is :
./configure --prefix=/news   --with-perl
..
..
. It confugured without any errors.. then type:
make
..
