I just can't get rid of these crazy numbers in my active file

There wasn't any overview or history.  I wiped everything clean and
reinstalled inn-2.3.1  Also blew away all of my CNFS spools.  In other
words, it's a brand new machine.  I sacrificed all of my news history and
articles in attempt to fix this.
