Dead code in innfeed/article.c

Inside of fillContents in innfeed/article.c we have:

    if (IsToken(article->fname)) {
        ...
    } else {
        ...
    }

Isn't IsToken() always true these days, or can you still get old style
spools pushed through innfeed somehow?
