Cycbuff limited to 12???

Is there a limit to the number of cycbuffs I can use? I'm running innd
2.3.2 on Solaris 8 and it seems like I can't use more than 12 - 2GB 
buffers. I get the following errors when I user 13 (or more). I've also
enclosed my cycbuff.conf file below these errors. Thanks!
