The new tradindexed implementation

The new tradindexed implementation *should* be working. It has not,
however, yet been tested on a live system. It passes the internal INN
test suite, and the audit code has been run against a live system so I'm
pretty sure that it's processing all of the databases the same way that
the existing code is.

The main thing that is as yet *completely untested* is the expiration
code. I'm still trying to figure out the best way of testing that. I may
need to find a way to run it in a "don't change anything, just print what
you're going to do" mode to make sure that it's doing the right thing.

I think, however, that it's ready for serious testing. I'm trying to set
up some tests here, but if anyone else wants to try, that would also be
great.

To enable the new overview code, remove storage/ov3/ovmethod.config and
add the following file as storage/tradindexed/ovmethod.config:

    name    = tradindexed
    number  = 2
    modules = tdx-cache.o tdx-group.o tdx-data.o tradindexed.o

Then make sure that storage/buildconfig runs and rebuild INN. It will
link in the new overview code.

There is also a supporting utility program; I've not yet hacked the build
configuration for the storage directories to support building those in a
sane fashion and installing them. In the meantime, you can build it by
going to storage/tradindexed and typing make tdx-util.

If you do test, please let me know, and I'll try to fix any bugs that you
encounter. The database format should be 100% compatible with the
existing code.

I've just committed the documentation for tdx-util; I'll send that out in
the next message.
