No, not really... but I wasn't sure how best to handle this.  We could
install a stub program that just bitches all the time, but that seemed
like a waste since a *lot* of sites won't have Kerberos v5.

I'm wondering about the best way to handle this for the ovdb_* programs
too, since right now they do the above (install stub programs) and I think
it would really be cleaner to not install them at all.

But it seemed wrong to install a man page for a program that wasn't
installed....
