Yeah, after looking at it again, I agree with you.

I'd rather not have too much of a proliferation of little utilities, but
adding it won't hurt anything.  Eventually, I think rolling it into
innstat as an optional thing to look at is probably the right place for
it, more than procbatch.  But innstat will need to get rewritten into Perl
first (something that I was already planning on doing at some point).
