Oh, they show up as erroneous threading in trn, generally as your articles 
getting misplaced, amusingly enough.  (You and Kai are the only people I 
see regularly with a client that wraps References, I think.)

*thinks*  Is it possible to leverage this into a rebuild while INN is 
running?  That would be nice.  (Stop the server, wipe out overview, start 
it up again, and rebuild in the background?)
