| nntpsend.log?
Well, it is run manually for now. Since I am testing the setup on a daily
basis. The funny thing is, even if a post an article, which is NOT for a local
newsgroup and then stat the outgoing/silfeed file it is still 0 byte large. It
seems that the article never arrives in the outgoing spool.
nntpsend does not tell me anything it simply mentions [START] [STOP] and
nothing in between.
Now as far as I was able to determine, to use nntpsend or innfeed I need to
have at least IHAVE access on the upstream server correct?

| Use e.g. suck. debian has a IMHO nice wrapper called get-news.

Yes, I realize that now, thank you very much. As I said, I am very new tho
this "news" bussiness, is there a website or documentation that explains
briefly the difference between PUSH/POLL feeds and what kinds there are ?
Thank you all for your help
