Server throttled no matching entry in storage.conf storing article -- throttling

Hi listmembers,

you have discussed the same problem with the INN: (Seeing: Server 
throttled no matching entry in storage.conf storing article -- 
throttling) two years ago, now my INN (2.3.2 with CNFS) says the same 
but I can't find a solution for this problem.
I would be happy if someone could tell me how i can fix this.
