innfeed not offering articles

I've seen this one before in the archives, however I do have all the defaults set,
including the ME entry, yet inn offers nothing to my peers.
Machine is Sun E3000, Solaris7. Inn 2.3.2 built with Sun's compiler.
Here is my newsfeeds with one example of a peer entry:
