480 Transfer permission denied

Probably a stupid problem but I got a 480 error between two hosts:

A must send a full feed to B:

A:
	newsfeeds:
		B/SiteB\
        		:*\
        		:Tm:innfeed!

	nntpsend.ctl:
		B:B::

B:
	incoming.conf:
		peer A {
			hostname:	"A"
			max-connections: 15
			patterns:	"*"
		}

	hosts.nntp:
		A

Any idea???
