Renaming a newsgroup

I have several internal newsgroups where I need to change the group
name.  I would like to have a new newsgroup and have all of the articles
in the current group moved to the new group name.  Is there any way to
do this?  It seems there would be a lot to change if I did it by hand
and even then I would probably miss something.

Any help would be appreciated.
