How to setup what to log.

There is one log file which shows informational messages
in it, news.notice.  But it just shows which client(hostname
or IP address), not user name.  And there is another log
file which is used for debugging, news.debug.  It may
include user name, but it depends on how the client is
authenticated.  How to authenticate is described in
readers.conf(5), it's a bit difficult to understand at
first although.
