Help! Spool is getting bigger every few minutes.

expire.ctl has this entry (*:A:1:10:never) commented out.

You may get much newsgroups than you want.  Have
you checked $pathnews/news if unwanted article
which belongs to unknown newsgroup?

How do I check this. Also are there any tools to get top accessed/space 
occupied newgroups.
