Newsfeed backing with spooled messages

I am running INN 2.3.3 on a low end Sun server.  Everything has been running great until I added a Cidera newsfeed.  The newsfeed is great, but since it has been added, the majority of the articles I am trying to retransmit are spooling and I am lost as to where I should be looking to resolve this issue.
 
Has anyone else had a similar problem or could point me in the right direction?
