Regarding Moderation

Dear Friends,
             I am deploying news server on my LAN and i am using INND ..
> I am authenticating every user with LDAP by using pam module ie
  pamckpasswd
> Now my some group are moderated

              My problem is when moderator tries to send approved message
thru inews the server won't allow its says authentication required.....i
have placed moderator password in passwd.nntp file but i think inews is
not using that......
                    can someone help me in this ....its very urgent...
