New tradindexed overview

I've been running the new overview system in quasi-production for several
weeks now without any problems, so I think it's time to throw the switch.
I'm switching the CURRENT tree over to building and using the new
implementation by default.  I'll leave the old code around for a little
while and then cvs remove it.
