INN dies with no trace

Dear All,

Few weeks ago I have been having a strange problem, innd dies with no error
message or any type of logs?

There is no rule for when it dies, sometimes it will run for few hours other
times it will run for few days. 

I have run a check on the system resources ad noticed that the number of
page-outs has risen just before it died, also the number of accesses of
system buffers.

The only new thing about innd, is that I now use a perl filter.

Any help much appreciated.
