tool for generating cancels?

Does anyone have a tool for generating cancel messages?

I have a situation I need to cancel ~ 200 of a specific user's postings 
(posting warez, which we received a dmca notification for).

I'd like to be able to feed headers (or full articles) in and have it 
append the appropriate properly formatted cancel info and feed it back 
into innd.

Yes, I know all the caveats for sites not honoring cancels etc, but we 
simply need to go through the motions.
