tool for generating cancels?

I did eventually find one on google, though it took a while.

It did exactly what was needed. And it wasnt a cancelbot.

Since obviously nobody else has a need for such a thing (or as you assert, 
could trivially just roll their own) I'll just keep it to myself. :-)
