Transferring Messages from one News Server to Another.

Thanks for the advice I did receive on this original subject but I have
another niggling problem it all works fine apart from monitoring the
news logs my New NewsServer that is receiving the Articles is rejecting
them all 

I tried changing settings in readers.conf and newsfeeds ( made backup
copies of originals )
But still with the same result.
