Hmm, I suppose I'm supposed to be doing this.  (Free time is getting 
munched by SASL stuff, so if anybody else feels like doing it I won't 
object.  Tasks are adding boolean parameters for all of the access: 
characters that don't have them, adding defaults to inn.conf for those 
that don't have them except possibly L as per earlier discussion.  Might 
also knock off the TODO item of making sure all the parameters are 
documented.  And there was that new list: parameter we talked about, but 
that won't be fully useful without some fiddling to return 480 more than 
we do now, so perhaps that should wait until after the release?)

Wouldn't object -- that stuff is mostly isolated so even if something 
slips past testing it won't be catastrophic.
