Is news posting possible in HTML format ??

Hi All,

My platform: Running INN on SUN Solaris on Intel platform.

My Queries: 
1) Is news posting possible in HTML format rather than plain text platform using Outlook Express 6.0 as email/news client software  ?

2) Is there any email and news client software other than Outlook Express that runs on windows and can show email and news group articles under one profile i.e under same window , since Microsoft Outlook 2000 and 2002 both support separate email and newsgroup clients ( Outlook Express) ?? Outlook 2000 and 2002 open up a new window unlike Outlook Express..
