posting to moderated newsgroup

After someone posted an article to a moderated newsgroup,
INN forwards it to a moderator's address. If it's yours then
you should modify its headers - you need to add Approved flag,
just something like (you are better off to use here moderator's
address)

Approved: <type.here at an.address>

and then post it locally thru inews gate, when i say locally
i mean you must be able to log in to this server with INN
and run inews right from your command line.

If you are not able to do so, then read carefully Elizabeth's Zaenger
advice at inn-workers mailing list. But you still have to modify headers
before sending an article to INN.

I think you need to run thru Internet to find a program to change
headers automatically. Actually no one makes changes by hand.
Or try to ask for a moderator's software in inn-workers list.
