INN 2.3.4 out the door

I just kicked INN 2.3.4 out the door.  Happy New Year!

I didn't bump the revision in the STABLE branch since my anticipation is
that we won't be making any more releases from the 2.3 branch.  We can
bump it later if I end up being wrong there.
