inn with SSL

I was searching for some information on how to setup INN to use SSL. 
I've read the archive (couldn't find anything in the faq, and the files 
included with distribution only mention make cert) and found some 
references to executing nnrpd as a daemon, but I'm not sure how. Anyone 
that's able to tell me how?

So far I've downloaded the 2.4.0 version, setup inn.conf, readers.conf

but couldn't find any settings for the ssl port,
