inn-2.4.1 won't 'make' on RHEL 3 system

I looked at

# ./configure --help

and I saw no option to add this line. I looked at the man page for

# make

and I saw that I can add this option. I tried it, and I get the same 
error messages.

Where should I add this option?

NOTE: I did a full install of RHEL 3, and I have checked: krb5-devel is 
already installed.

Any ideas?
