Binary newsgroup

OK, but if I call my newsgroup bla.bli, I can't post a message with 
binary attachment (Error: 437: Binary in non binary group).
If I call it alt.binaries.bla, that's works fine!
So there is probably a config option which I don't know. Any idea?
