lock method used for buffindexed

It's starting to look like Solaris broke the method that innbind uses to
bind sockets.  I'm confused, since I could have sworn that I'd gotten this
to work before and tested on Solaris specifically.  Has anyone else gotten
CURRENT working on Solaris since innbind was added?
