There actually is an issue in INN 2.4.0, so if you installed that version,
you'll want to upgrade to 2.4.1. Other than that, INN is "safe" in terms
of not having your server compromised. However, you still need to
configure your server to match your expectations (for example, if you make
it open posting, people will spam via your server).

Yes. The readers.conf documentation should be pretty clear on how to do
this (with multiple access blocks)...do you have specific questions?
