Client times out waiting for ACK with SSL - is ACK delay configurable?

That seems unlikely; other commands are faster than a POST and I'd think
you'd run into trouble with other commands.

Not off-hand, although I know that I integrated a whole bunch of patches
to the SSL code from someone who knew a lot more about it than I did.
