upgrading from inn 2.2.1 -> 2.4.1

Have you enabled and rebuilt overview?  I don't think the overview
written by 2.2 is usable by 2.4.

Make sure overview is enabled in inn.conf and run "makehistory -FOx"
to recreate overview from your spool.
