INN changing the Initial Time out value

Hi Christoph,

I did try this and I did restart the demon, but it appeared to have little
effect, is this a new value that can be changed in the conf file or do I
need to do something else.

see inn.conf:

|     initialtimeout
|         How long (in seconds) nnrpd will wait for the first
|         command from a reader connection before dropping the
|         connection.
