If you have lots of outgoing feeds and run more than 1 innfeed
(I run 3 or 4 of them on my boxes) there can be a small difference,
because there are enough processes to multiplex the SMT cores over.
The From: and Reply-To: addresses are internal news2mail gateway addresses.
