Can't start INND

This shouldn't happen - should it?

[root]$ su news -c /export/usr1/news/inn-2.4.1/bin/inndstart

[root]$ file /export/usr1/news/inn-2.4.1/bin/inndstart

dynamically linked (uses shared libs), not stripped

??
