New INN 2.4.2 testing release

It's there; the testing directory just isn't listable.

I fear that I'm going on a two week vacation starting Thursday and will
not have Internet access over most of that time period.  I'm not entirely
sure that I can get the new release out before I go, but I'm going to
backport the fix for GROUP return codes from CURRENT tonight and roll a
new testing release, and if everything looks good, I can try to either
kick it out right before I leave or see if one of the other committers
would be willing to do the release and follow through on problems while
I'm gone.
