That sounds like CNFS spool corruption to me. Unfortunately, there aren't
a lot of good tools for cleaning that up right now. It sounds like the
claimed size of the article is ridiculously large.
Setting cnfscheckfudgesize will help INN ignore any corrupted article
entries without crashing.
